1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Hendari Tag comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (button failure, audio failure, BLE module failure)
- Battery compartment defects (excludes normal battery depletion — CR2032 is user-replaceable)
- Premature waterproofing failure (IP67 rated for accidental exposure, not deliberate submersion)
What's not covered
- Normal wear (scratches, fading)
- Physical damage from drops above 1.5 meters or crushing
- Lost or stolen devices
- Battery replacement (CR2032 is a consumable)
How to claim warranty
Email support@hendarisupport.com with:
- Your Amazon order number (or seller receipt)
- A short description of the issue
- One or two photos showing the problem
Most claims are resolved within 3 business days. If we approve a replacement, we ship a new Hendari Tag to you free of charge.
Amazon orders
If your Hendari Tag is within Amazon's 30-day return window, the fastest path is to request a return directly through your Amazon order page. After 30 days, contact us at the email above for manufacturer warranty.
